Perfectly seared salmon with a golden crust and herb-infused butter sauce
Pat salmon dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down. Press gently with spatula for 30 seconds to prevent curling. Cook 4-5 minutes until skin is crispy. Flip and cook 2-3 minutes more.
Remove salmon. Add butter, garlic, herbs, lemon zest and juice to pan. Let butter melt and foam. Spoon over salmon.
Toss asparagus and tomatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper. Roast at 425°F for 12 minutes. Serve alongside salmon with herb butter drizzled over everything.
