Meet Our Kitchen
Our test kitchen in Helsinki is equipped with both professional and home-grade equipment. This dual setup ensures that when we say a recipe works, it works in YOUR kitchen, not just in a professional setting.
We use the same brands of pots, pans, and appliances available to home cooks. Our oven is a standard home oven (not a professional range). Our knives are good quality but not restaurant-grade. If we use specialized equipment, we note it and provide alternatives.
