Slice heirloom tomatoes into thick rounds or wedges. Arrange them on a serving platter, alternating colors for visual appeal.
Remove burrata from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Place burrata balls in the center of the tomatoes. Gently tear them open to reveal the creamy center.
Scatter fresh basil leaves and baby arugula around the plate. Drizzle generously with high-quality extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar. Finish with flaky sea salt and cracked black pepper.
